Will the Service Fee be refunded if I cancel my booking?

No, the Ostathi Service Fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your class. This fee covers the operational and technical services that make your learning experience secure and reliable, including payment processing, platform maintenance, and lesson management tools. 

If your class is cancelled and you’re eligible for a refund, the refund will apply only to the lesson amount set by your Instructor — not the Ostathi Service Fee.

The Ostathi Service Fee is non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund after cancellation, only the lesson amount set by the Instructor will be refunded.
