If you have not received payment for a specific class, there are several common reasons to check:
Session Not Yet Completed or Verified: Earnings for a session become available in your Ostathi Wallet only after the session is successfully completed and the 48-hour dispute period has passed. If the session was recently completed, it may still be in this review period.
Session Under Dispute: Payment for a session will be automatically paused if the Learner reports an issue, such as a complaint, attendance concern, or quality concern. The payment will remain on hold until the issue is reviewed and resolved. You can check your Instructor Dashboard for any active disputes.
Withdrawal Not Initiated: Payments are not automatically transferred after each class. Once your earnings are available in your Ostathi Wallet, you need to submit a “Withdrawal Request” through your dashboard.
Withdrawal Limits or Requirements Not Met: Even if earnings from a specific class are available, you may not be able to withdraw them if your available balance has not reached the minimum withdrawal amount, for example, 50 of your local currency, or if you have already submitted a withdrawal request within the allowed period, for example, once every 15 days.
If none of these reasons apply, or if you need further clarification, please contact Ostathi support by submitting a ticket through the Ostathi Help Center.
