Why aren’t my earnings added to my Ostathi Wallet immediately after a session ends?

Payments are not transferred to your Ostathi Wallet right after the session because of the platform’s 48-hour review period designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both you and your learners.

Here’s how it works: 

  • After each session, there is a 48-hour "Report an Issue” window where the learner can report a technical problem, absence, or any concern about the session.
  • If no issue is reported within that timeframe, the session is automatically marked as completed, and your earnings are added to your Ostathi Wallet. 
  • If an issue is reported, the payment is temporarily held until the matter is reviewed and resolved by the Ostathi team.

This short waiting period protects both parties, ensures reliable payment processing, and maintains trust across the platform.
