What is the Transaction Fee deducted when I request a withdrawal?

The Transaction Fee is a small processing charge applied whenever you request a withdrawal from your Ostathi Wallet — whether you’re an Instructor withdrawing your earnings or a Learner withdrawing a refunded balance.

When you submit a withdrawal request, you enter the amount you want to withdraw from your available Ostathi Wallet balance. Before confirming the request, a note will show the applicable Transaction Fee.

This fee covers the secure handling of your payment through Ostathi’s trusted financial partners and ensures that transfers are processed safely, accurately, and in compliance with local banking systems.

Notes
When your withdrawal is processed, you will receive the amount you entered minus the Transaction Fee. The fee amount is shown before you confirm your withdrawal request.
