What if my Instructor needs to reschedule a class?
If your Instructor needs to change a scheduled session, they may propose a new time for your class. You will receive this request within the platform, and you can either accept the new proposed time or decline it.
If you decline the reschedule request from your Instructor, the session will be cancelled, and you will receive a 100% refund of the eligible lesson amount to your Ostathi Wallet.
All approved refunds are automatically processed as credit to your Ostathi Wallet, which you can use immediately to book new sessions.
If you wish to withdraw your wallet balance, you can submit a withdrawal request through your Ostathi dashboard. Please note that this is a manual process and may take up to 7 business days to complete.
