What happens if I’m late or absent for a session?
If you are late or absent for a scheduled session, here’s what you can expect:
Absence (No-Show): If you do not attend the session, you will be charged 100% of the eligible lesson amount, and no refund will be issued. The Instructor will still be compensated for the time they had booked for your session.
Being Late: If you are late, your session will still proceed as scheduled from the original start time. This means you might miss a portion of your class, and the session duration will not be extended to compensate for your late arrival.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the Instructor has the right to close the session and mark it as complete. In this case, the session is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
It is always best to join on time to make the most of your learning experience.
