What happens if I don’t meet Ostathi’s teaching standards?
Ostathi is committed to maintaining high-quality education. Your teaching performance may be reviewed through session recordings, Learner feedback, and platform quality checks.
If your lessons do not meet the expected standards, the following actions may apply:
Payment Implications: Payments for sessions subject to a complaint or quality issue may be temporarily paused while the case is reviewed. If a session is found to be non-compliant, payment action may be taken according to platform policies.
Administrative Review: Issues related to the quality of your tutoring or training may lead to an administrative review by the Ostathi team.
Account Action: In serious cases, or if issues continue despite warnings, your account may be subject to suspension or deactivation from the Ostathi platform.
We encourage all Instructors to consistently deliver high-quality, professional lessons to ensure positive Learner experiences and maintain good standing on the platform.
