How should I enter my mobile number correctly on Ostathi?

When registering or filling in your account details on Ostathi, it’s important to enter your mobile number in the correct international format. This ensures that your profile, wallet, and payment features function properly.

Here’s how to enter your number correctly: 

  • Select your country code from the dropdown list (for example, +962 for Jordan or +964 for Iraq). 
  • Enter your mobile number without the leading zero. Example: if your number is 0791234567, enter it as 791234567 after selecting +962. 
  • Make sure the number of digits matches the standard format for your country. 

WarningDo not add the country code manually again inside the number field (for example, don’t write 962791234567). Do not include symbols, spaces, or extra zeros (such as 00, +, or parentheses).
