How and when will I receive my payment?

Ostathi’s payment system is based on an Instructor-initiated withdrawal request.

After a session is successfully completed and the dispute period has passed (48 Hours), your earnings, minus the platform fee, become available in your Ostathi Wallet. You can then submit a “Withdrawal Request” through your dashboard.

The admin team reviews each withdrawal request. Once approved, the payment is processed to your registered payout method.

When You Receive Payments:
Earnings become available in your wallet after successful session completion and after the dispute period has passed. You can then request a withdrawal, subject to the following requirements:

Minimum Withdrawal Amount:
Your available balance must meet a minimum threshold before you can request a payout, for example, 50 of your local currency.

Withdrawal Frequency Limit:
You can only make a withdrawal request once every set period, for example, once every 15 days.
