Can I reschedule a class I’m scheduled to teach?
You can request to reschedule a class you are scheduled to teach if you are unable to attend at the original time.
Here’s how it works:
Propose a New Time: You initiate a request to reschedule the session and suggest a new time that works for you.
Learner’s Choice: The Learner can either accept your proposed new time or decline it.
If the Learner Accepts: The session is rescheduled to the new agreed time.
If the Learner Declines: The session is cancelled, and the Learner receives a 100% refund of the eligible lesson amount.

Your reschedule request must be accepted by the Learner. If the Learner declines, the session will be cancelled and the eligible lesson amount will be refunded.
