Can I cancel my class?

Yes, you can cancel your class, but the timing of your cancellation affects the refund amount:

For a 100% refund of the eligible lesson amount: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. The eligible lesson amount will be refunded to your Ostathi Wallet.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: A cancellation fee will be applied. This means 50% of the eligible lesson amount will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to your Ostathi Wallet.

All refunds are automatically processed as credit to your Ostathi Wallet, which you can use immediately to book new sessions.

If you wish to withdraw your wallet balance, you can submit a withdrawal request through your Ostathi dashboard. Please note that this is a manual process and may take up to 7 business days to complete.

To receive a 100% refund of the eligible lesson amount, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session receive a 50% refund of the eligible lesson amount.
