You cannot directly “cancel” a class you are scheduled to teach. Instead, if you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you can request to reschedule it.
Here’s how the process works:
Propose Reschedule: You initiate a request to reschedule the session and propose a new time to the Learner.
Learner’s Choice: The Learner can either accept the new proposed time or decline it.
Session Cancellation if the Learner Declines: If the Learner declines your reschedule request, the session will be cancelled, and the Learner will receive a 100% refund of the eligible lesson amount to their Ostathi Wallet.
Important Note on No-Shows: If you do not attend the scheduled session without initiating a reschedule request, the Learner can use the “Report an Issue” feature to request a refund. Repeated no-show incidents will lead to an administrative review and may result in the deactivation of your Instructor account.
